Drill Down With Our Interview Funnel™ Model
Drawing on a menu of forty-eight competencies, you learn how to describe jobs and successful candidates. Most of the seminar time is spent on questioning techniques and role-play. Pointers are also provided on how to keep your interviews legal and probe for technical competencies. Participants practice these techniques, then learn how to make the best hiring decision.
